Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ChekySite (the "App"), provided by Akihabara Company (sole proprietor: Yuki Dobashi; "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Requirements for use

You need a Google Account with access to Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Search Console.
You may use the App only with data you are authorized to access.
The App requests read-only permissions and never modifies your Google data.

3. Prohibited conduct

Any use that violates applicable law.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App.
Connecting a Google Account you are not authorized to use.
Using data obtained through the App beyond the scope of your authorization.
Placing excessive load on the App or on Google's services.

4. Relationship with Google

ChekySite is developed and provided independently by us. It is not provided, endorsed, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC.

The figures shown in the App originate from Google's APIs. Changes to those APIs, service outages, quota limits, or your own account configuration may prevent data from being retrieved or change how it appears.

5. About the figures shown

All figures shown in the App are supplied by Google, displayed directly or aggregated. We do not measure anything ourselves.

Google Search data is delayed by two to three days. This is a property of the Search Console API and cannot be shortened by us.
"Average position" is not the position you see when you search. It is the mean position across every impression, mixing device types and regions. With few impressions, this average moves sharply and is not meaningful on its own.
Statements such as "growing" or "increased" that the App displays are mechanical judgments based on the retrieved figures. They are not a guarantee of results, past or future.

6. Disclaimer

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
You are responsible for any data communication charges incurred.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App. Where discontinuation is planned, we will give notice on this page and inside the App as far in advance as is practical.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the App at any time by choosing Settings → Disconnect account and deleting the App. Disconnecting erases all data the App stored on your device.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
